LG has announced the HBS-FN6 wireless earbuds. Their case was equipped with protective UV rays to clean the headphones after use.
Sounds pretty cool, especially in today's COVID-19 environment. The Philips ActionFit ST702 had a similar function, but for some reason LG did not think about the appropriate name. Because these headphones are part of the LG Tone Free line - a name that absolutely does not fit such headphones with a disinfecting case (with ultraviolet light).
The LG HBS-FN6 headphones use Meridian Audio technology, which the brand claims will provide "realistic sound" and "extra space with headphone processing technology." The app also has an equalizer (EQ) and voice control for Siri and Google Assistant.
Of course, the huge advantage of the LG HBS-FN6 is that it can be cleaned from bacteria. With a matte black or glossy white finish, this UVnano case is said to eliminate bacteria and germs while charging. This is very relevant for the 2020 product.

The case also provides two full charges for the headphones, which translates into a typical 6 hours of listening time into 18 hours (yes, this is far from the best time for modern TWS). Obviously, the HBS-FN6 headphones will not be the market leader, so the UV cleaning case and battery life are likely to be the main advantages of the model.
